| 公司简介： Mobicon Group Limited, recognized as a listed company on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 1213) since 2001, is principally engaged in electronics trading service and has long been distinguished among trading service providers in Hong Kong and overseas. The Group has set its business focus on the procurement and distribution of electronic components, automation and equipment under service branding, and computer-related business which includes the retail sales of computer products and accessories under retail branding and the provision of IT outsourcing and solutions service to SMEs in Hong Kong . Over the past 23 years, Mobicon, with a total of 445 staffs worldwide, has laid a strong foundation for its business with over 5,000 customers in 73 countries, and has built up a close business relationship with more than 1,200 suppliers, giving the Group a competitive edge in both purchasing and price bargaining. Besides, to establish an extensive network worldwide, Mobicon has set up branches in not only Hong Kong , but also China ( Beijing , Tungkoon, Shenzhen), Taiwan , Singapore , Malaysia and South Africa . During the fiscal year ended 31 March 2006 , the Group recorded a turnover of around HK$ 1.09 billion. The Group has adopted a "Satellite Development Strategy" to reinforce and expand its market through forming strategic alliances with local and overseas SMEs that show good potential and leveraging their market positions by offering financial, management and marketing support so as to achieve mutual advantage. Synergy among the satellite companies has expanded the Group product lines, strengthened its bargaining power and enhanced the procurement process as well. Moreover, this strategy has hastened the Group's development in both Hong Kong and overseas markets by drawing the attention of a growing number of enterprises. Apart from the strategy, a SOS (Small Order Service) business model is undertaken by the Group. Based on a comprehensive database, the Group takes its own product catalog, covering over 70,000 products details, as its main marketing channel. This channel has further enhanced the effectiveness of the SOS business model as all business partners and customers of the Group, especially the overseas dealers, can have a convenient and efficient access to the up-to-date products and pricing information. The Group, on the other hand, also concentrates on providing IT OutSouring service under service branding to SMEs in Hong Kong . The service scope, covering computer engineering, instant IT maintenance via internet, tailor-made software settings and web design, is wide and aims at satisfying all needs of its customers. To fully develop the potential in local and global market, the Group will pursue a continuous expansion in its geographical coverage pragmatically with an enterprising attitude. With the long-built reputation of Mobicon, the Group will strengthen its competitiveness through enhancing its back-end support by faith. |
